I was attacked by a lady photographer at the same time and she said “it won’t be a good weather to capture this scene” - this nomination of this image has proved it.

Title: Summer House II This image is special in a way for me I came across this summer house some years ago and it triggers a memory from my youth. When driving the road to Reykjavik (capital of Iceland) from my home town in the west fjords Iceland many many years ago (to many I often think)I first saw this type of summerhouses and it always was strange to me, the house how was like the house it self had sunken into the ground and only the roof stood up. I still se this summer houses driving back to my birthplace in the west fjords but this one is just a shore distance from my house. I decided to shoot this image in the fall when the colours would match the colour of the house because this summer house is not used any more and this type of making summerhouses is gone fading away like the summer.
